Upkeep Harbor SMS Program

Program description

The Upkeep Harbor SMS Program is an optional home services text program for homeowners. It covers seasonal maintenance, household repairs, exterior upkeep, interior checks, filters, fixtures, doors, and recurring home tasks. Upkeep Harbor is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or service provider, and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.

Message categories

• Account notifications: texts that confirm my enrollment, deliver home maintenance task reminders I request, acknowledge maintenance requests I save, and communicate updates to my preferences. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing messages: recurring marketing texts that share home maintenance ideas, seasonal upkeep resources, small improvement content, homeowner checklists, and announcements about newly published tools. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Each category requires its own separate consent.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page or text preferences page and providing a valid mobile number. Your first message identifies Upkeep Harbor, confirms the category you selected, and includes frequency, rate, HELP, and STOP information. Examples:

• "Upkeep Harbor: You're enrolled in account notifications for maintenance reminders and request updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are not a contractor or service provider."
• "Upkeep Harbor: You're subscribed to marketing texts with home upkeep ideas and seasonal resources. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are not a contractor or service provider."

Message frequency

Account notifications vary based on the reminders and requests you set up. Home upkeep tips and resources are sent up to 4 times per month.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Upkeep Harbor: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for help. You will receive: "Upkeep Harbor SMS Program: maintenance reminders and home upkeep resources. Help: business@upkeepharbor.com or +1 (307) 469-0159. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
